Pump Advantages - Stroke: F-1300 mud pump has a longer stroke, can be operated at a lower pump speed, improved the water supplying performance effectively and prolonged the service life of expendable parts at the fluid end.
- Lubricating System: The power end uses the combined lubricating system of forced lubrication and splash lubrication. The gear oil pump in oil tank deliver the pressure oil to crosshead, extension rod, crosshead guides and all bearings via the lubricating pipeline to realise the forced lubrication. Its working condition can be observed from the pressure gauge behind the frame.(At customers' request, we can also use electric centrifugal pump instead for the lubrication).
- Cooling System: An electric spray pump is used here to cool and wash the liners and pistons. Also, the durable fixed spray pipe is used to provide reliable and lasting cooling performance.(Centrifugal pump with belt drive is also available).
- Main Parts: Cylinders, crankshaft, herribone gear etc are made of a special alloy steel, other parts are made of welded steel which provide the pump with high strength, good rigidity and light weight.
